Dez Edwards is a 13-year risk management professional who has worked with global financial institutions on climate risk, regulatory strategy, and resilient business practices. A former Division I basketball player at Appalachian State, Dez’s athletic experience instilled discipline, strategy, and competitive excellence—qualities she brings to every transaction, relationship, and advisory engagement. Passionate about environmental stewardship, she helps investors, developers, and property owners create intelligent real estate solutions that balance financial performance with long-term impact. Outside of work, Dez coaches a high school varsity girls basketball team, translating the same commitment to mentorship and team-building from the court to her real estate work.
